By accessing or using www.studionexify.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

Business Nature

Studio Nexify is a sole proprietorship MSME-registered entity engaged in:

  • Sale of consumer 3D printed products

  • Custom 3D printing services

  • Corporate and industrial gifting solutions

  • Subscription-based physical products (as applicable)

Intellectual Property

  • All product designs are either:

    • Licensed from third-party designers, or

    • Custom-created for clients

  • Customers receive no ownership rights to designs, files, or intellectual property

  • Reverse engineering, resale, duplication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited

Product Disclaimer

  • 3D printed products may contain minor imperfections, layer lines, or finish variations

  • Such characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled

  • Customer-provided designs are printed at customer’s risk

  • Studio Nexify is not liable for design flaws supplied by the customer

Payments

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay or PayU

  • Accepted methods include UPI, debit cards, and credit cards

  • Studio Nexify does not store sensitive payment information

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • Studio Nexify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific product

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
    without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.
